CAD/ CAM Technician

We are seeking an experienced CAD/CAM Technician to join our dynamic team in a state-of-the-art furniture manufacturing facility.

As a key member of our production team, you will create detailed designs, 3D models, and manufacturing programs to support the production of high-quality furniture. 

You’ll work closely with design and production teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and smooth workflow from concept to manufacture.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Create 2D and 3D designs using SolidWorks

• Develop and maintain accurate CAD models and drawings

• Generate CNC machining programs for manufacturing

• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability

• Troubleshoot design and manufacturing issues

• Stay up to date with CAD/CAM software and industry trends 

Requirements:

• Experience with CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks experience preferred)

• Furniture or woodworking industry experience- advantage

• Understanding of furniture manufacturing processes

• Strong design and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills 

Desirable Qualifications:

CNC machining and programming experience

CAD/CAM certification or related field
