Project Manager

My client is the exclusive distributor in Ireland for diesel and gas generating sets. A market leader in emergency, prime and standby power generator installations, providing both off-the-shelf and bespoke generators.

From an initial site survey and appraisal, they provide with a complete electrical turnkey package, offering a full range of on-site power services including delivery, installation, testing, commissioning and on-site personnel training.

With their team of highly skilled professionals, they provide a comprehensive service nationwide. This has enabled company to develop a broad customer base across major industrial companies, leading financial institutions, government bodies, public utilities and SME’s.

Due to continuous growth we look to hire an experienced Project Manager to represent the company and look after varies projects.

Responsibilities as below:

1. Be the company representative on generator installation project sites.
2. Have previous experience of site coordination in the power field, possibly UPS, Generator, switchgear, etc. desirable
3. Have a good grounding in electrical – mechanical engineering
4. Reporting to the Director
5. Control documentation and technical submittals for the project.
6. Coordinate with the various project players, consultants, main contractors, suppliers, company direct contractors and staff.
7. Coordinate with factory engineers and project team.
8. Be able to easily interface and interact with many different site personnel to get the job done.
9. Have a positive mental attitude, and drive
