Public Procurement QS

My client a division of a semi-state organisation have an upcoming role for an experienced QS with a background in Public Procurement Projects within the Construction sector

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years’ experience in public sector procurement (procurement as primary function).
• Strong knowledge of Irish public procurement regulations and EU directives.
• Proven experience using the eTenders platform.
• Experience managing full end-to-end tender processes in a public sector setting.
• Level 8 NFQ third-level qualification
• Relevant procurement qualification (or in progress) for senior-level applicants.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written communication and high attention to detail.
• Experience reporting to governance/compliance committees.
• Experience developing or reviewing procurement policies and templates.
• Experience delivering procurement training.
• Full clean driving licence.
